Clinical Supervision - Training Supervisor
I provide supervision in a way that is collaborative and relational. My aim is to create a secure base where you feel safe to explore your work openly.
As an integrative, attachment focussed training Supervisor I encourage you to work in a way that feels authentic to you while we hold a reflective space together. I aim to balance support, reflection and gentle challenge with a non-judgemental, supportive environment where you can reflect openly on your client work. Explore uncertainty, consider ethical dilemmas and feel held as both a practitioner and a person, in a warm, respectful and confidential space. Building a collaborative relationship where we can thoughtfully explore clinical work and personal processes.
Supervision can also be a place to reconnect, especially when the work feels heavy or complex. I also support therapists who may be starting their private practice.
I offer supervision for:
- Qualified counsellors
- Trainee counsellors
- Practitioners working with adults and young people aged 16+
I have an interest in, personal and lived experience of working with neurodivergent people.
My practice aligns with the principles of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, supporting safe, ethical, and effective work with clients.
My supervision model of training
- Inskipp & Proctor
- The Seven Eyed Model which is a systemic, relational, and
integrative approach to supervision.
